A. Direction Roadmap
XPChain's roadmap is designed around network stability and long-term sustainability rather than short-term events.
1) Maintain network stability
- Ongoing checks for block production stability
- Monitor and improve node connectivity
- Expand the published network metrics
- Improve the staking participation environment
2) Infrastructure and wallet improvements
- Strengthen Qt wallet maintenance and build reliability
- Maintain multi-OS distribution automation
- Strengthen distribution integrity verification (SHA-256)
- Review improvements for UTXO management usability
3) Strengthen decentralization
- Expand voluntary node participation
- Gradually improve staking participation rate
- Monitor block production distribution
- Gradually reduce operational central dependency
4) Accumulate production use cases
- Stabilize SmartPig operations and prepare payment integration
- Continue XRoutine development with phased disclosure
- Explore more use cases leveraging the network
XPChain remains an independent network not bound to a single service.
5) Records and transparency
- Continuously accumulate release records
- Clearly distinguish and announce consensus changes
- Maintain operational docs and archives
- Continuously publish network status

- Search indexing monitoring (Google/Naver index and robots/sitemap status)
- Run wallet/release verification checklist regularly

- Finalize public Ubuntu node operation guide
- Standardize notice/docs/release update runbook
- Review and phase in structured data (JSON-LD)

- Finalize and apply seed infrastructure policy (seed1~seed3)
